Subscription terms, cancellations and refunds
Last updated: 18 October 2026.
What to expect when you support F1 Tools, how to stop renewal and where to get help with a payment.
The service and your subscription
F1 Tools is an independent fan project operated by Wosca, not affiliated with Formula 1 or the FIA. Supporter is an optional subscription for the features marked available on the Supporter page. Planned features and exploratory ideas are not included benefits or promises of future delivery.
Use the tools lawfully and only upload or publish content you are entitled to use. You remain responsible for your content and exported graphics. Do not abuse the service, interfere with other accounts or bypass access and usage limits. Motorsport data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect; check information before publishing it.
Prices, tax and automatic renewal
The Supporter page displays the current monthly and yearly prices from our billing provider. The yearly plan is charged in one payment, not monthly instalments. Checkout shows the currency, applicable tax, any discount and final total before payment. Local currency pricing can differ from the price displayed on the site.
Your subscription renews automatically at the billing interval you select until cancelled. Review the amount and renewal information at checkout and in your billing account. Plan changes, their effective date and any prorated charges or credits are shown in billing before you confirm them.
Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments and are sold through Link. The payment terms displayed at checkout also apply to your transaction. Link provides receipts, invoices and transaction support; F1 Tools provides support for the tools and account access.
How to cancel
Sign in, open the Supporter page and choose Manage subscription to cancel renewal. You can also manage your purchase through Link using the purchase email or receipt. Check the confirmation for the date your subscription ends and cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge.
When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the billing period, Supporter access continues until that period ends. Cancelling renewal does not automatically refund an earlier payment. Deleting your F1 Tools account instead cancels its active subscription immediately and removes your private library; it is not a refund request. Use subscription management if you want to keep your account and saved work.
When Supporter access ends, paid tools and the higher upload allowance are no longer available. Cancelling the subscription alone does not delete your saved work. If your library exceeds the free allowance, remove images before uploading more.
Refund requests and billing problems
To request a refund or report an unexpected, duplicate or incorrect charge, contact Link support using your receipt or the support link below. You can also email contact@wosca.net with your purchase email, receipt reference and a description of the issue. Never send full card details, passwords or sign-in codes.
Refund requests are reviewed individually under the applicable purchase terms and consumer law. Cancellation or unused time does not by itself trigger an automatic refund. Link may also issue refunds under its Managed Payments policies. We do not promise a blanket refund period or exclude any refund or other remedy you are legally entitled to receive.
A refund and cancellation are separate actions. If you also want to stop future charges, cancel renewal and verify the confirmation. For a refund request, ask support to confirm what happens to your subscription and access.
Your information and consumer rights
Our privacy policy explains account data, saved artwork, analytics, payment records and deletion. Stripe and Link process payment and purchase information under their own privacy terms. Deleting your F1 Tools account does not necessarily delete information that payment providers must retain.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. Contact us if a paid feature does not work as described so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. We may update these terms; the revision date appears on this page.
